How Africa is hacking their energy crisis

Personally, I have visited Tanzania, Africa and saw first hand, this so-called energy crisis. I have mixed emotions about it. On one hand, with electricity comes colonialism and on the other hand, the lack of, will lead to falling behind in capitalism, which is leaking into the country.
