Video has emerged from an incident in which a Kissimmee, Florida school resource officer slammed a 13-year-old male student to the ground at a middle school front office. The surveillance footage shows how on May 8, 2015, Officer Mario Badia shoved the young boy in the chest before grabbing him by the arm, lifting him up, and slamming him to the ground. Badia was arrested and charged with felony child abuse. via thedailybeast
